By creating an account or using Pinniqe ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pinniqe. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Pinniqe reserves the right to request verification of age at any time and to terminate accounts that do not meet the minimum age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@pinniqe.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You retain ownership of photos you upload to Pinniqe. By uploading content, you grant Pinniqe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform and associated marketing materials. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

Pinniqe reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict any content at its sole discretion, without notice. Violation of content policies may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban from the Platform.
All voting on the Platform is conducted by community members. Pinniqe does not guarantee any specific outcome. Any attempt to manipulate voting through bots, fake accounts, vote trading, or other fraudulent means will result in immediate account termination.
The Pinniqe name, logo, and all Platform features are the property of Pinniqe. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
Pinniqe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinniqe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Pinniqe may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@pinniqe.com.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
